This little pumpkin is a great little trinket for ‘Harvest’
or the ‘Thanksgiving’ holidays. Originally I made it to
be a pin cushion, but you could easily make it
into a place setting for a festive celebration.

Isn’t there a mistake in the pattern? R22 should be dc1 instead of dc3, I suppose.
Yes you are right Suzanne, and I am deeply sorry, I have altered the pattern now.
Thanks so much

Hi Emma, I’m trying to make your lovely crochet pumpkin but am stuck at Round 6 – what does 8dc 40 sts mean? I understand the abbreviations but I’m a beginner and still getting the hang of reading patterns. Any help would be much appreciated – love your blog by the way! Many thanks Vicky
Take a closer look. It means that for rounds 6 thru 8, all you need to do is dc 40 sts for each of these rounds.
Hi, i’m having trouble getting this pattern. I click on the link and nothing happens. Would it be possible for you to email it to me? I really want to make this. Thanks in advance for your help. My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
I tried several times, but have not been able to call up the directions for the crocheted pumpkin. Would it be possible to email it to me – email@example.com. Thank you.
