Cheeky Chick

Well Cheeky Chick got finished last night and first light this morning I took a quick photo of him…When my own cheeky chick got up and flew down the stairs for breakfast the egg cosy got whipped from its egg and thrust into the school rucksack. The zip was done up and the last I heard was, ‘Good I was looking for something for ‘show and tell’. I cannot tell you what was ‘told’. I cannot imagine that anyone was that impressed really. However the good news is that Cheeky Chick did return and was still intact. What I need to do now is actually concentrate and make a few of these cosies for unsuspecting friends. Yeah!

If you would like to make your own the pattern is available here.

I will make either a Bunny or a Chick for the first four friends who leave a comment requesting their own cosy

  1. These are cu-ute! You are so clever. Please don’t feel obliged to send anything all the way over here though! Meg thought they were “Very gorgeous”! The boys just said “How come you don’t make stuff like that?” in that “What DO you do?” tone! Bless them!

    1. If I can I will send you something… you are so kind how nice to think of your little people all those miles away xxx

  2. Hi chick,

How lovely are these scrumptious Easter offerings. Now business is business and I would like to order 2 bunnies and 2 chicks for some special little people in my life. Is that possible? No arguments, I want to pay the going rate!!

BTW, Bea and Ella are still very much loved and constant companions to the girls…… They aren’t quite looking as pristine as they were when they were delivered, but they are only worn by loving .Maybe I should have left them in the cellophane wrapping..???

I LOVE this webpage and seek it out when I need comfort and indulgence. I can only gawp at your creativity!

Job well done Lovely lady xxx
