Early spring is always about yellow, purple and blue flowers. Almost from the beginning of the New Year I have enjoyed little pots of muscari in the house.
Now their vivid blue heads are bringing delight to me in the garden. I managed to pick some of the first cut flowers from the garden this weekend.
I think perhaps the blue theme must be seeping unconsciously into my crochet. I have started trying to use up my shameful yarn stash by making a baby blanket in blue.
It has started to make an appearance in the things I choose to wear, always a fan of navy, but now loving the emperor/royal blue shades as well.
After making my new Cafetiere cosy I sought out the very ‘best’ coffee cup. In a pretty, pretty hue of blue. What colours are you loving at the moment?
Blue is always a favourite of mine and green and all the shades between the two!
