Each year I try to come up with something jaunty for the end of term Easter Gift. As Little B gets older he has more of an opinion on the matter. Two years ago I went with my Cheeky Chick and Little Bunny cosies. Last year I was in a pastel cosy mood. This year, as you know, I am coaster obsessed. I made two star coasters using the fabulous Rico Design Essentials Cotton DK. I really like the shine on this cotton, and you get a lot of yarn for your money.
Now you will not believe me, but I made the coasters first….then Little B decided that he would actually like to give mugs for Easter. So in a determined fashion, he strolled purposefully up to these fab designs by Joules. I love these. I have way too many mugs in my life, but if I didn’t….
Luckily for me they coincidentally match the pre-made coasters. Such a jaunty wildlife design and a colour co-coordinated table protector to boot.
Little B has a fab eye for design and colour!
Love your coasters – I really msut get round to checking out the pattern…
